By accessing and using the SWVP app (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the App or assist others in doing so. This includes refraining from posting sexually suggestive or NSFW content in areas not designated for such material. Violations may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.
Users may report content or behavior that violates our community guidelines. In response to a valid report, the App may automatically impose a temporary ban (up to 24 hours) on the reported account pending review by our administrators. Affected users will receive an in‑app notification informing them that their account is temporarily blocked and that it may take up to 24 hours for a review. If you believe your account was banned in error, please contact our support team at support@swvpapp.com for review and possible reinstatement.
All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images—are the property of SWVP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. In no event shall SWVP, its affiliates, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SWVP operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
SWVP recognizes the growing concerns about social media addiction and its impact on mental health. While we have designed SWVP to be different from traditional social media platforms—with ephemeral photos, no infinite feeds, and privacy-first features—we acknowledge that any app can be used in ways that may affect your wellbeing.
We encourage all users to maintain a healthy relationship with SWVP and to take breaks when needed. If you find yourself using SWVP in ways that concern you or impact your daily life, we encourage you to seek support.
