Terms of Service for SWVP

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SWVP app (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Conduct and Zero Tolerance Policy

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the App or assist others in doing so.

SWVP has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination:

Objectionable, offensive, or obscene content of any kind
Sexually explicit or NSFW content
Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users
Content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way
Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability
Any content that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

SWVP does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users under any circumstances. Violations are acted upon promptly, and offending content and accounts are removed from the platform.

4. Content Reporting, Removal, and User Ejection

Users may report content or behavior that violates our community guidelines using the in-app report button available on every photo. SWVP is committed to acting on all valid objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the reported content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content from the platform.

Upon receiving a valid report, SWVP will:

Remove the reported content from the platform within 24 hours
Eject and ban the user responsible for the offending content
Notify the reporting user that their report has been reviewed

In response to a valid report, the App may automatically impose a temporary restriction on the reported account pending administrator review. If you believe your account was actioned in error, please contact our support team at support@swvpapp.com for review and possible reinstatement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images—are the property of SWVP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. In no event shall SWVP, its affiliates, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SWVP operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
